Every staff member was attentive and efficient. The room was newly remodelled and neat included a work desk, multi-channel TV and a coffee machine. Stunning central location close enough to Kingston and downtown and express. Fabulous food in the attached restaurant in the vicinity.

Everything was nice, very good service, excellent location close enough to all attractions, highway and shopping. I had yummy food for breakfast at a reasonable price. The rooms were stocked and recently refurbished with an extra rollaway bed kept by the competent staff.

Budget room, exceptionally comfortable bed, very pleasant stuff. And it also had fascinating view. The continental breakfast had a great selection of delicacies and was astonishing. You could walk to shops and several stores. Apart from that, a shopping mall was 10 minutes away by driving.

The place was affordable and restaurant was excellent. Stayed in brand-new family room with all the essentials, king size bed plus good pillows. The food was excellent in the restaurant. Such a good service too. Family ambiance in a central setting. Besides, Invista Centre Sports Complex was 3 km away from the property.

The lobby was nice, I loved it. Hotel was clean. It had a small balcony. Location really close to other useful shops and restaurants and Farm Boy grocery store. There also was great parking and good pool.

the property was fairly quiet, the staff was very cordial, everything else was wonderful too. the location was perfect, i loved it. had fine room with library, good pillows and king size bed too for a fab stay. restaurant was superb and exceptionally clean.

The staff was fair, the accommodation was wonderful and fairly clean. The staff did all they can for an enjoyable stay. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the morning. It was very close to a major intersection and downtown and building too, unbeatable location overall. The service was welcoming too.
